     Pop music has always been part of my life but it was a long journey to where I am now as a person. Deep down inside pop music was and still is my escapism for me as a closeted queer person. There's something transcendant about pop music that I listened to, like it would take me to other places that honestly I belong to. But, back then I didn't know and instead I was running away for who I really am right now. Pop music was my respite and it was a place where I could express myself in general.
